A Study on the Quality Improvement of Medical Record in Military Hospital

Abstract

|
|
Everyone sympathizes with medical record improvement of military hospital should be the first condition precedent for medical quality improvement running parallel with the present modernization project of military hospital but from the inner and outer environmental aspect of medical corps, it requires a great difficulty to put organization and formation for this into practice right away. However, since it is certain that difference with civilian hospital will be developed if disregarding this essential prerequisite, from now on the gradual and successive method has to be studied to do the best so that a good medical treatment should be provided with military medical hospital. As a concrete alternative, a separate formation of medical record department should be studying expert personnel security plan, gradually prepared for at the registration section and the better quality of standardization form should be developed so that recorders may note down conveniently, precisely and perfectly and treatment information system should be established in connection with proceeding medical information system so that necessary clinical data and information could be promptly used. Also, record content should be improved evaluating medical records periodically and practical reward for quality improvement should be done so an inducement should be also developed.
